O’Driscoll Lynn Architects (ODLA) are an established design firm based in the South East of Ireland who provide architectural services to the residential and commercial sectors. We take a collaborative approach to our design work, drawing on the synergy between founders Brian O’Driscoll and Cormac Lynn to deliver well-designed buildings on budget.
Brian O’Driscoll and Cormac Lynn are both registered architects with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and have been working together on projects for over 15 years. In 2016, Brian and Cormac founded O’Driscoll Lynn Architects in Wexford, starting a new era of collaboration on residential and commercial projects in Wexford and the South-East.
The company is now a team of six with the addition of Petr Byrtus as Senior Architectural Technologist, Ibolya Walsh-Fekete as a Senior Architect, Karolina Kehoe as Junior Architect and Paul O’Meara as Senior Architectural Technologist.
O’Driscoll Lynn Architects Wexford has an extensive design portfolio, from small residential developments to large-scale commercial building projects. The company was responsible for the expansion of the Waters Technologies manufacturing base in Wexford.

Brian O’Driscoll
Director/Architect
Brian O’Driscoll is a founding partner of O’Driscoll Lynn Architects and a Fellow of the RIAI. Brian has been working as an architect for over 30 years. In 2012, he opened his own firm in Wexford, Brian O’Driscoll Architects, where he built a reputation for delivering quality architecture and providing exemplary project management.
Brian started his career in Scott Tallon Walker in Dublin, where he gained an appreciation for innovative design and detailing.
In the 1990s, Brian spent several years working as an architect in San Francisco with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, one of America’s most notable architectural firms. He worked on several important urban infill housing developments in San Francisco, while also gaining extensive experience in healthcare architecture.
Brian enjoys bringing design projects to reality for clients and he is interested in the impact buildings have on people and their lives.

Cormac Lynn
Director/Architect
Cormac Lynn is a founding partner of O’Driscoll Lynn Architects and a registered architect with the RIAI. Cormac has extensive experience working as an architect in Ireland and abroad.
At the start of his career, Cormac worked in a number of private architectural practices in Ireland, on a wide range of projects of varying scale and complexity. These included residential, retail, commercial, office, industrial, and community buildings.
Cormac became a director of Design Unlimited in 1997, before setting up his own practice in 2004.
While working abroad in the UK and the Middle East, Cormac completed a number of large-scale, high-profile residential and hospitality projects. This work helped him to develop an in-depth knowledge of design and regulatory requirements for different markets and environments. Cormac was appointed Associate Director of Grafik Architecture in the UK in 2011.
On returning to Ireland, Cormac joined Brian O’Driscoll Architects in 2013. Cormac became a partner in 2016 when the company evolved into O’Driscoll Lynn Architects.
Cormac is interested in how buildings come together and he enjoys working with clients to deliver their vision.

Ibolya Walsh-Fekete
Senior Architect
Ibolya Walsh-Fekete is a Senior Architect at O’Driscoll Lynn Architects. Ibolya has a MSc Degree in Architecture and Architectural Engineering (Dipl. Ing.Arch.) from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Faculty of Architecture. Ibolya is a registered architect with the RIAI since 2012.

Karolina Kehoe
Junior Architect
Karolina Kehoe is a Junior Architect at O’Driscoll Lynn Architects. Karolina studied architecture at University College Dublin, graduating in 2021 with a first-class honours Master’s Degree. Karolina also holds a Master of Architectural Science in Conservation and Heritage.

Paul O’Meara
Senior Architectural Technologist
Paul O’Meara is a Senior Architectural Technologist at O’Driscoll Lynn Architects. Paul has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Institute of Technology, Carlow. Paul has worked in the UK and throughout Ireland before joining O’Driscoll Lynn Architects in 2021.

Petr Byrtus
Senior Architectural Technologist
Petr Byrtus is a Senior Architectural Technologist at O’Driscoll Lynn Architects. Petr has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and BIM Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Institute of Technology, Carlow. Petr has successfully completed the RIAI accredited ‘Project Supervisor Design Process’ programme.
