The site is located at Cullentra on the Wexford to Killurin road and is adjacent to the river Slaney.

The design solution presents a modern house In the countryside and is an interpretation of rural forms in a contemporary context. Simplicity of form, proportion and use of quality materials combine to ensure this house compliments the character of the surrounding landscape.

The house is designed to take up the natural contours of the site which has a 9 meter change in elevation. The linear plan picks up the site contours and is split into two levels at ground floor with a partial two story element in the centre.
