Waters Technologies

In 2012 Waters Technologies wished to expand their operations in Wexford and engaged O’Driscoll Lynn Architects to prepare a site master plan around land acquisition and facility expansion. The master planning process involved extensive analysis of the future needs for Waters Technologies and encompassed an in depth look at space and staffing requirements in production, warehouse and administration.

Development was carried out in 3 phases over 3 years and included the addition of 6,100 sq. m of warehouse space, 1,800 sq. m of production space, 1000 sq. m of administration space and the construction of a new car park for 300 cars.

The new administration building opened the campus up to Wexford town and with its striking stone cladding provided an important visual landmark and a structure appropriate for Waters Technologies importance to the local community and economy.
